About us
Meet Navid M. Hosseini, Esq.
Hey—I’m Navid. I opened this law firm because I wanted to practice law the way I believe it should be: honest, personal, and grounded in real results. I was born and raised in Iran. During my childhood and early adulthood, I faced many instances of injustice and discrimination which led him to pursue a career in law.
I received my first law degree in Iran from Baha’i Institution of Higher Education (BIHE) in 2003 and then moved to the United States of America. I studied Political science and criminal justice and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington in 2013. I desire to serve the society with justice led me to pursue my legal education, and I received Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Washington School of Law in 2020.
My practice has focused on what I know best: business law, contracts, property disputes, and everything that tends to show up along the way.
Clients come to me with real-world problems:
- A rental deal that’s suddenly off track
- A business partner who’s no longer on the same page
- A vendor contract they’re nervous to sign
- Or a property line that just turned into a battleground
My job? Help them understand what’s going on—and build a legal plan that actually fits their situation.
I’ve worked with folks from all over the Eastside—Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Issaquah, and Sammamish—and I stay involved in every case I take. You’ll never get passed off to someone else.
I always strive to provide the best services for the community and passionate about my work as a legal professional. I speak several languages, including English, Farsi, Turkish, and Azeri which helps me to better understand the needs of his clients from around the globe. I also volunteered in the Asian American Legal Clinic to assist people who needed legal services.

Frequently Asked Questions
You can file online but that’s just one piece of the puzzle. I help Bellevue and Eastside clients set up custom operating agreements, clarify ownership rights, structure tax elections, and avoid future disputes. A few extra steps now can save a lot of money (and stress) later.
That could lead to an adverse possession claim if it’s been there long enough. I review past surveys, deeds, and use history to assess the situation. If needed, we can pursue a boundary agreement or quiet title action to clear things up legally.
Unclear payment terms, automatic renewals, indemnity clauses, and vague deliverables are common red flags. I’ll go through the agreement with you and explain what’s risky, what’s missing, and what to renegotiate before you commit.
Absolutely. I’ll review lease terms, security deposit handling, tenant rights, and any issues that could affect post-sale management. In competitive markets like Kirkland, due diligence is key—and so is timing.
Most sales take between 60–90 days. But the process can go faster—or much slower—depending on the buyer, financing, contracts, and clean record-keeping. I help handle all legal documents, protect your terms, and keep things on schedule.
Often, yes. Many Bellevue-area disputes resolve through negotiation or mediation—especially when supported by new surveys or shared fence agreements. If the other side won’t budge, litigation is still an option I’m prepared to handle.
For many transactional services—like business formation, contract reviews, or lease drafting—I offer flat fees. For disputes or ongoing work, I bill hourly but provide clear estimates upfront. No surprises. Just transparency and communication.
